WHAT WE DO
We Restore dignity to victims of sexual violence
We’re not just changing lives–we’re rewriting what justice and humanity look like, one survivor at a time.

The Grateful Garment Project helps survivors of sexual violence by offering them clothing and resources necessary to restore their dignity and start the healing journey.
Projects

Join us in restoring dignity to victims of sexual violence for just a dollar a day… for less than the cost of a cup of coffee at your favorite cafe you can become a restorer of dignity!

Operation Esteem is one of The Grateful Garment Project’s many newest programs that focuses on the emotional and physical health of youth.
Our Impact
The Grateful Garment Project has been helping victims restore their dignity since 2011. Below are the latest numbers from our FY2023-2024 Impact Report.

PACK-IT FORWARD
Emergency portable packs provided to Law Enforcement/ Sexual Violence Service Providers for Human Sexual Trafficking and Commercially Sexually Exploited Children/ Minors once they are rescued or come forward for assistance.

DRESS FOR DIGNITY
Gift cards ($50) are provided to survivors so they may purchase court-appropriate clothing for appearances thus providing confidence during the stressful process of court testimony and facing their perpetrator(s).
BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS
Small projects that help transform service providers’ (rape crisis centers, safe houses, family justice centers) atmospheres (counseling rooms, bedrooms, etc.) into settings that are more conducive to healing.
